Face to Face Hairdressing is offered at our Head Office in Parktown, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Durban and Edenvale.
At Face to Face we offer an intensive practical and theoretical one year programme full-time and 18 months part-time.
Our lecturers are highly trained with full accreditations. We have spacious, fully equipped premises.
Course details: One year full time diploma – National and International 18 Months part time diploma – National and International Lectures from 9 am to 2 pm. Mon – Fri Part time – Saturdays 9am – 2pm
All aspects of Lady’s, Gent’s and Afro-Caribbean hair
The learner will be required to do a compulsory National Exam and has the option to do an International Exam (City & Guilds).
* The course teaches the learner both Caucasian and Afro-Caribbean hairdressing techniques. * Product training, external demonstrations and shows will be included in the students’ syllabus. * Portfolios, projects and assessments are all part of the hairdressing course.
The learner will be able to: * Shampoo, condition and dry hair * Perform a scalp massage * Indian Head Massage * Perm, neutralize and relax hair * Colour performing various techniques * Cut ladies and gents hair * Style hair, using drying and setting techniques * Set and dress hair to achieve a variety of looks * Design and create a range of images incorporating hairstyling techniques
