Face To Face brings out the artist in its students
The learners studying at Face to Face Beauty and Make-upDesignSchool are shown that working with artistic make-up is different to working with traditional make-up, which can be decidedly more conservative and cautious in form. Although the source is the same creative base, artistic make-up must in some way surprise us, it must be innovative, and should contain something exceptional; some detail which will draw and hold our attention.
It can be an original idea based on play with the colour or texture of the products or a decidedly bold or even exaggerated style of make-up. In spite of these differences it’s useful to stress that both of these types of make-up afford the make-up artist sheer pleasure, as they must activate their imagination in every possible situation when working in this profession. Some examples of artistic make-up.
