RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main purpose of this job is to generate customer satisfaction while installing and maintaining / servicing the equipment supplied by RHC. Focus on the customer, the team, and efficient business are key.
Main responsibilities (but not limited to) -
-Regular customer communication and updates during jobs/activities;
-Corrective & preventative maintenance activities;
-Quality control – ensure all work complies with quality procedures;
-Installation – ensure all installations within the area meet the agreed standard, schedules and costs;
-Administration – up to date processing of work preformed and technical escalations.
GENERAL DETAILS:
This position will be based in Randburg, Johannesburg.
The position will require extensive travel within Gauteng and outside. A valid driver’s license is therefore essential.
