EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

COSMETIC, TOILETRY & FRAGRANCE ASSOCIATION OF SOUTH AFRICA

The Executive Director manages CTFA and its operations, and heads up the team of executive staff. The main function of the position is to ensure that the cosmetic industry is served by a representative, effective and proactive Trade Association.

Skills and experience required include:

·         Managerial

·         Administrative

·         Interpersonal

·         Communication & Marketing

·         Documentation Production

·         Financial Management/Budgeting

·         Government Liaison/Lobbying

Advantageous skills include event co-ordination and cosmetic industry knowledge.

Candidates should be motivated individuals with the relevant skills to manage the Association, to act in the best interest of CTFA members.
