AHBEASA National Annual General Meeting (AGM) 
21 and 22 February 2010

 A  Presidential Gala Dinner will be held 21st  February 2010 - Honouring the Legends of the Industry & Celebrating Woman in Business.


On day 2 the Open Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held -  will be a closed after lunch session for fully paid up members.


More than 1000 AHBEASA members from all over Southern Africa are expected to attend but the invitation is extended to non-members, especially salon owners and colleges for (Hair Competition), as well as to invited manufacturers to give salon owners and manufacturers a chance to interact and discuss products and services.


Our invited guest and panel of speakers includes representatives from: SEDA, Home Affairs, Immigration Department,, Provincial Government, The Department of Labour, Department of Trade and Industry, and Department of Higher Education Dr. Blade Nzimande, Service Seta CEO Mr. Ivor Blumenthal, SARS, Bargaining Council Mrs. Jillian Wood, Advocate Mankosi Cetshwayo from the ANC Nationwide Chairperson Honorable Baleka Mbete office, Human Right Commissioner, National Youth Development Agency Mr. Andile Lungisa, Arts and Culture Speakers Ms.Nelisiwe Mthimkulu Mbatha.
 

AHBEASA appeals for sponsorship from manufacturers for the following:

·         1000x Printed T-Shirt with AHBEASA Logo and a Sponsor Logo

·         1000x Conference bags Printed AHBEASA Logo and a Sponsor Logo

·         1000x Pens and Pads

·         14x  Gifts Guest Speakers (6x Female speakers and 8x Male speakers)

·         10x Gifts South African Afro Hairdressing Legends to be honored.

·         150x Cooperate Gifts for the Gala Dinner

 

Catering sponsorship:

·         The Presidential Gala Dinner for about 150 guests

·         Annual General Meeting and the Closed Session

          1.       Welcoming: Tea  and cake

          2.       Lunch at 13h00

          3.       Afternoon Tea

·         Accommodation for two nights and travelling for our 8 Provincial Leaders. 

 

Total Investment: R260 000

 

In return for your Sponsorship the following will be provided:

1           Your organisations banner displayed on the stage throughout the two session (banner to be supplied by the sponsor)

2           Four company members will be invited as guests of honour and will be introduced to the audience.

3           Your company brochures will be included in conference bags as well as any provided company gifts.

4           Listed as a sponsor on the pre and post media release.

5           2000+ invites will be distributed country wide to invite Salon Owners to attend an AGM on the 22nd February 2010.

6           Inclusion of your company Logo on the following.

a)       Hot linked on the AHBEASA official website.

b)       Displayed on “thanks to our sponsors” panel in the registration area of the AGM and Gala Dinner

c)       Printed on the Pre AGM invitations and Program Guide.

d)       Listed under sponsors on the AHBEASA power point slides (to run at the beginning of the AGM till the end).

AHBEASA main aims objective is to increase the economic value of tourism to Johannesburg, and this Conference will be publicised through media and other channels of publications

·         AHBEASA reserves the right to reject any applicant.

·         Due to the limited number of sponsorships available, AHBEASA is unable to accept cancellations. No refunds will be provided.

·         An invoice will be issued upon receipt of order. Payment terms are 7 days from the date of invoice. Sponsorship is accounted for when full payment is received. Kindly indicate invoice number at the back of the cheque. Demand Draft / Cheque should be made in favor of :
